Nick Leyendecker has been a trusted advisor and market leader in the Twin Cities, with an emphasis on Lake Minnetonka and the western suburbs, for more than 24 years. His high energy, intense focus, and determination combined with his strategic approach to marketing, technology, networking and negotiation continue to be key elements of our success and the success that we consistently achieve for our clients. For more than two decades Nick has consistently prioritized his fiduciary duties to our clients above all other aspects of the practice, which has helped us develop a loyal repeat and referral client base.
Nick is passionate about giving back to the community and is actively involved with several charities throughout the Twin Cities. He and his wife, Sage have two daughters and reside in Plymouth, Minnesota, near Parker's Lake. As a family, they regularly enjoy walks around Parker's Lake and bike rides to destinations like downtown Wayzata, Birch's on The Lake, the Luce Line Brewery, the Plymouth and Golden Valley Farmer's Markets, and the many parks that Plymouth, Wayzata, Minnetonka and the western suburbs have to offer.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys traveling, playing golf, anything food related, and anything that is active/outdoors. Most of all, Nick enjoys spending time with his family. In the summer, they spend some weekends in the Brainerd Lakes area. In the winter they spend time on Siesta Key in SW Florida where we have a second office and where Nick is also a licensed real estate broker.
